Pvt. Ltd., is a
leader in research and development of products for the waterproofing
and protection of buildings and
concrete structures. Ours are quality products, which are simple to use and offer
unmatched solutions to waterproofing needs.
The backbone and founder of the company is Dr Surendra P Bhatnagar, C.Chem. (London),
FRSC, FNASc., Fellow of the New York Academy of Sciences, USA, who has wide industrial
and research experience and a large number of research publications and patents
to his credit.
Dr Bhatnagar set up several major pharmaceutical and chemical research centers and
manufacturing units in India, before starting this company in 1992.
The Board of Directors recently
decided that Dr Aparna Bhatnagar would gradually take over the running of the company
from Dr. Surendra Bhatnagar and that the senior staff report to her.Dr. Aparna Bhatnagar, a Ph.D. in Immunology from AustralianNationalUniversity, Canberra, was subsequently a Postdoctoral
Fellow of Northwestern University, Evanston, Il., where she is currently
Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.She is also completing an MBA from Kellogg School of Business Management,
Evanston.
Our own Application company in Bangalore, Building Protection Systems Pvt. Ltd.
(BPS) supports us. Established in 1993 and jointly controlled by Dr. Surendra Bhatnagar
and Mr RN Kaura, a B.Tech. from IIT, Delhi, BPS employs 36 engineers besides support
staff; also two Vice Presidents. The VP Technical is an M.Tech. (Civil) from IIT,
Powai and the VP Commercial is a Chartered Accountant. BPS has undertaken some of the most difficult
and critical waterproofing contracts in Karnataka State. It
has treated more than 7000 buildings, which include both new
structures as well as rehabilitation
of old. This constant testing of
our products on major market sectors has given us a invaluable input
for creating a stronger R&D. BPS is now the authorized
waterproofing contractor for almost all the major builders in the city.

Applicators are available all over India to provide quality
application work. We have made an entry into the international
