The viscosity of the chemical has been kept as of water so that it can easily enter and fill up the pores and spaces in soil. The gel thus formed is stable and has been used for strength improvement and water cut-off.

It was in 1957 that large number of chemicals were tried using injection process but most of them were found unsuitable. Although Protekta Grip has been found very effective but it needs a very sophisticated injection system which is very expensive and since the number of such machines are limited our applicators were finding it hard to use injection sealing system against water ingress in underground structures, buildings and above ground structures like swimming pool etc. We have been working on it and we are pleased to inform you that we have developed a very efficient and cost effective product Protekta Seal where you can use normal grouting machine and may not need special equipment.
