  Tech-Dry (India) Private Limited was established in collaboration with Tech-Dry Building Protection Systems Pty. Ltd. of Melbourne,Australia, a company established in 1982 as a commercial spin-off of its scientific invention from the Building Protection Science unit at the Victoria University of Technology. Tech-Dry is an excellent example of the synergy between technological research and successful business and collaboration.
   
  Tech-Dry India manufactures the Protekta range of products that are a unique concept in building protection. They are simple to use and work unlike any other protection technique known before. Tech-Dry products are water-based and hence harmless to the user and the environment. Since they work on the 'protection-by-impregnation' principle, there is no mechanical wear and tear, which means they provide durable, permanent protection for old and new buildings and offer convenient waterproofing and restoration solutions.
